1. Services
We provide transcription services for old and historic documents, including letters, diaries, contracts, and other handwritten or printed materials. We also offer research, writing, editing, and tutoring services for liberal arts subjects.

2. Pricing and Payment

Pricing is based on the quantity and decipherability of the text.

Payment is made in two installments: 50% upon order confirmation and 50% upon delivery.

We accept various payment methods, including checks, PayPal, Venmo, CashApp, Zelle, and Chime.

3. Delivery

Transcriptions are delivered via email as a PDF by default. Other delivery methods (e.g., USB drive) are available at cost.

Physical deliveries are handled with care, including video documentation of opening and packing.

4. Turnaround Time
Completion time depends on the order queue and document complexity. Expedited services are available for an additional fee.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations must be requested before work begins for a full refund.

Partial refunds may be issued for incomplete work at our discretion.

6. Liability

We are not liable for damages or loss of original documents during shipping. Insurance is recommended for physical deliveries.

We strive for accuracy but cannot guarantee 100% precision due to document condition.

8. Amendments
We reserve the right to update these terms. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of changes.
